Sign of a good knife though
It's not just the blade quality its the serrated wavy edge which makes a the cut harder to heal and generally more traumatic. I'd much prefer to cut my finger with a very sharp global than one of these (assuming its just a light pressure cut!)
I'd actually rather not cut my finger at all.

Yes, the only way we have true equality where everyone is treated the same regardless of race is to constantly focus on racial differences, categorising people into different races, documenting and reporting on racial differences (while ignoring any other correlating factors) and having people talk about their race at every opportunity. Don't you want to live in a world where there is no racism too?

They are similar but not the same.
@clandestino: They are similar and “feel” the same to me. Or they function the same. I use it for steaks, cutting chicken, meat bread, fruit, vegetables. I have a few of both and when I reach for them I am not looking at which one I grab as they provide the same service to me.

I have had 2 serrated ones for over 12 months, I use them every day and still as sharp.
