    I don't like Tabasco taste, still prefer Sriracha or ABC chilli sauce … I was surprised that Sriracha has changed the country of origin …

                  @neoleo: There are plenty of generic brands made in different countries. I prefer to support Thailand than India.

                  The most famous sriracha brand 'Huy Fong's is made in CA, was out of stock for years due to ingredient shortage, and still rather expensive these days.

      Sriracha is a recipe, not a brand. Original creator makes the recipe and name free to use as long as it's kept under a certain price… true chilli sauce believer.

      The small bottles last ages, jusy need an eye dropper or something and fill up the small or medium bottles. Should last well over 3y just don't contaminate it
