OzBargain's 18th Birthday!!! is coming up!

18 great years of amazing deals, cashbacks, hacks, tips and loopholes

My second event for OzBargain's birthday!! This years Ozbargain's 18th Birthday will be on 18th November.

Last years I held the event at Mascot, which was a great!

This year, it will be at Nikaido Mascot 90 mins ACYE Japanese Yakiniku Buffet (was $46.90 now FREE)

Thanks to Scotty for covering the costs and creating such a useful site, and thanks to CyberMurning for recommending this restaurant

For those like me who want to upgrade to the Premium Wagyu and Sashimi Buffet valued at $85 (an additional $40/pp will be required out of own pocket), I will try arrange this under separate table(s) once I get confirmations. Please comment below with the text 'upgrade' once your spot has been reserved and a deposit paid so I can gauge numbers.

To reserve you will need provide a refundable $10 deposit via Beem/Bank Transfer. Details will be updated soon.

I am waiting for a call back from the restaurant to see if they can provide a better deal.

Date: Monday 18 November @ 7:00pm (waiting for restaurant to call back to confirm if available)

Time: 7:00pm

Location: Mascot (Nikaido Mascot)

Cap: 40 (if popular can extend to 50)

Rules:

Make sure you have an ozbargain account and register for this event if you are coming. Each registration per attendees is needed
Please pay refundable deposit of 5 dollars to confirm your registration - will DM regsitered people ~1 week prior
5 dollars will be refunded if cancellation notice are given before 28 Nov 2024 - 12 pm

Info:

OZB is paying up to 45 dollars for lunch buffet , should you wish to purchase drinks or anything else, it will be self-funded
If you bring Kids, 5 years & under are FREE
However by you bringing kids age 6 & above , you have consented to pay for your kids age 6 & above years old direct to restaurant
If you are bringing kids to the event, make sure you let me know so we can make seat adjustment needed. Kids will not be covered by ozb

        There is lots of free street parking (subject to availability) on nearby street

          the deposit is pretty small some may (still) see as free.
          if many not turn up the restaurant may not happy (they have prepared extra meats for example)

    The description says cap 40, but registrations are stuck at 30 with 7 in waitlist.
