  • As per Title Guidelines:

Purchase price after discounts & savings. The amount of discounts & savings (e.g. “$2 off” or “half price”) may be mentioned if space allows. However, the price should NOT include referral discount/credit, cashback (commission refunds), gift card discount, or negotiated price – mention these additional savings in the deal description only.

    • Why hasn’t the title been changed? Edit. Oh it was and then changed back?

      • I must have forgot to save the edit.

If this is a bargain, I can post 100 items based on the method.

      • Not hard for $30, but you may not get a perks email in time. People go ape shit and out of their way for $1-5 cashback on here

  • Can TCN be converted to JB online, or does this require an in-store purchase?

For the price I'd definitely buy something like the RG556 Android handheld (for a LOT less on sale), does Remote Play like a champ…and then does everything else you'd expect of an Android, it even gasp works without Internet and an 800 dollar box.

      • Tbh I think the Portal is cool, just overpriced for what it does, not unlike any of those remotes. First phone controller I bought was about ten years ago, Moga name brand, instore at EB Games and all.

        Was 20 bucks.

Paying over a hundred for a phone controller is insane to me tbh.

I like the 556 (and similar devices) because you're not then draining your phone's battery and whatnot too.

    • Get one of those r36s for $40, and a switch for under $300 or console of your choice. Don't think I'd even use switch as a portable, pretty wide ergonomics and big.

  • So TCN card can definitely use on JB online? Don’t wanna stuck with unused gift card

      • "Gift"? So "Kids" etc won't work?

I would have thought they were all the same in how they could be used

Yeah if it has jbhifi it works. You convert via the TCN site, look where it says how to use online then chose jbhi and you put in the card number and pin and they email the jbhi giftcards which you just use as normal.
