After Coursera mass cancelled the free 1 year plus subscription we got here, they've sent over a 50% discount for the first year. Doesn't appear to be targeted.
Might be useful for someone looking to sign up and get a cert, or upskill.
Can't even find a way to audit the plus courses without having to start a 7day trial.. assuming its going to charge after that.

No chance. Have over 1040 courses which I've got for free with absolutely zero completed. Probably worth over $296.50

I disagree.
Investment in knowledge is always worth it. Paying that amount to have access to courses offered by global universities and large reputable companies is definitely worth it.
If you are disciplined and consistent, you can apply what you've learnt and progress in a career, or even completely change paths that pay higher salaries.
I graduated with a bachelors of mechanical engineering, but now work in data analytics and ai.
I've been able to do this through structured courses like these, instead of wasting 30-50k and 3-4 years in a degree that have outdated curriculum by the time you graduate.
I'm writing this so people can change their perspective that "Coursera IS definitely worth it"
I also work in machine learning and ai and havent paid a cent for learning. Glad it worked out for you though.

Be carefull, as it doesn't cover all courses. If you are into AI or deep learning then there is big chance they are not part of this subscription
