          I’ve tried it in Firefox, chrome and edge and can’t get the site to show even the products that are advertised in the banners.

    This deal is useless. The website (even when logged in) has no products. The app doesn’t work either so how can we possibly buy anything or get cashback?

    After a few months of chasing, SB gave me a manual credit for the last double cb bws deal.
    Make sure nothing goes wrong in ordering or pick up.

    I suspect what went wrong for me was in pick up, the first time I went in, they couldn't find my bottle. Came back after they called. When I got back, that person was clearly new and after I explained what was going on, they gave me the bottle but didn't scan or touch the computer so it might have defaulted to not picked up. I still got charged though. Anyway, SB denied the claim but I fought it.

    Bought 2x 1L Canadian Club =$62 each, $124 total

    Not quite sure how the bonus points work out but seems to be ~$40 a bottle after all that

          they have an upsize at Pizza Hut if you are interested? Only 20% for existing customers, but can use HUT codes as well and also pre orders

    So how much is the maximum spent required? Maths is very complicated

    • I think it's $92.60 for the max $25 cashback.

    • i believe it's ~$100 (it's $101.85) as it's 27% on the ex-gst price.

      ($25 / 0.27 * 1.1)
      $max divide percentage as a decimal times 1.1 (gst).

      BWS is that crazy store which doesn't deducted GST? !!! in which case it's
      $25 / 0.27 = $92.59

    CB not tracked for me. Used website extension. There was confirmation on the screen( Extension).

    But still waiting it to track

      • wow, I clicked on the extension after going through Shopback, as it wasn't showing as cashback activated direct through Shopback for some reason…and it came up with the prompt to click to activate (on the screen). Does that mean mine won't track at all now?

I clicked through from Shopback, but the extension pop up came up to activate it, as it didn't activate through the app, so I clicked on it to make sure…if it hadn't I would have gone back through Shopback again….now that one is prob stuffed

        No still not tracked, about 5 hours now. Bought using shopback app.

        • ok, I used the desktop. My first was just after 12, but I think I stuffed that one. Clicked through from Shopback, but for some reason the extension then popped up to say to activate it (as it was still showing red), so I clicked that to make sure it tracked (both showed up as clicked)….but turns out the chrome extension doesn't track it, so someone else mentioned and is says up the top of this page, which I didn't notice until I did it? So, that one is prob stuffed anyway….. I did another one about an hour later, this time it showed the green symbol on top of the page clicking through from Shopback, so I did the same transaction again. If the first one doesn't track I will cancel it in a few days (as it can take up to 48 hours to track) Very annoying that the pop up prompts you to click in the extension, and even says the transaction has been tracked…..but it prob won't be? Not sure why they don't take it off the extension altogether if it isn't going to track.

        Yeah, I made a purchase as soon as the site was working (from within the Shopback app), well over 12 hours ago and still hasn't tracked the regular cashback or bank bonus cashback :o/

            @Spending2Much: So, i've got one order for $89 made soon after this deal went up (and website was working within the ShopBack app), and another for $76 I made just an hour or so before the deal's end, and neither the regular or bank bonuses have tracked.

            It's a bit of a worry. Is BWS website so broken that Shopback can't see the purchases that were made?

            I won't be happy if I have to chase these up.

            It does show up under Click Activity on the desktop (but I must've clicked through to BWS 10+ times before I could get any products to show up), can't find that same Click Activity on the iOS app though. Either way, I have proof of the two transactions, and invoices from BWS, but I still won't be happy if I have them up (yes, i've already said that).

    Anyone else unable to checkout even though the store is still open? Tried clearing cookies, all adblockers disabled and still the loading circle just continuously spins. Happening on both mobile and desktop. No difference if I choose delivery either.

    Edit: Got there eventually, seemed it was to do with a bug if adding one of the "try for $3" items to cart, which aren't even discounting to $3… Such a shitty site, so frustrating.

    I would like to see the last bottle of wine I ordered but it just seems broken like the rest of the BWS website.

        Does the sort by price work for you? The first row of results seems to show the highest priced then it just displays random items for the rest of the results

  • anyone else still have theirs not tracked?? I did the BWS and Pizza Hut for the bonus $5, but so far nothing for BWS. I did two orders an hour apart around midday for BWS clicking through from the Shopback site, and made sure the second one had nothing to do with the chrome extension, so at least one of them should track…..If this is a bust, I am pretty pissed, as I only did the 20% Pizza Hut upsize for the bonus $5. I don't pick that up until tomorrow lunch, so I will see what happens with BWS. What a chit show this is with BWS and Shopback these days!!

      Hey there! Sorry to hear about this. The standard tracking period for Cashback from BWS will be tracked within 2 days from the date of purchase

      However, if the Cashback does not tracked after 2 days, you may submit a Missing Cashback report from your end and our team will investigate this further

        Thanks for the reply. Given there has been tracking issues for many people, if it still is untracked after 2 days will shopback investigate it like they did in the past and fix it? Or is it just submit missing cashback claim and luck of the draw?

            @gotyourback: @gotyourback I think the point is here many people suspect there is a widespread issue with tracking. This wouldn't be the first time with BWS.

            There are many comments in this thread from people who had tracking within a couple of hours at most, but I didn't see anybody reporting tracking coming through after longer periods. Please see the many comments in this thread from people who have reported no tracking so far after more than 24 hours. There's little reason to believe if tracking hasn't come through yet that waiting until the default 2 days has passed is going to make any difference.

            It would seem more practical to start investigating the apparent widespread issue now rather than waiting for the flood of support requests after the 2 days has passed.

            • @tbone74: Thank you for highlighting this @tbone74! I've passed this to the respective team for them to do an internal checking for this tracking from BWS.

              In the meantime, if your Cashback does not tracks after the tracking period, I would suggest you to send in a Missing Cashback report for the team to begin investigation on the specific Cashback
