    • Check for 6th October, my cashback is showing for the purchase now but it doesn't show 27% it shows 1.7% standard cashback….

      Doubt BWS will care. It sure doesnt affect my view on BWS or SB and will still use them.
      Mistakes happen. It seems like the BWS website issues are what caused the tracking issues. SB may have to wait til BWS sort their end before they can fix their or many other reasons out of SB control. There are probably hundreds of orders and if they need to manually fix those, it can take time.
      I assume you want it fixed asap so you can collect your order but if SB changed the tracking to 27% before confirming everything and BWS decide to not pay out, you wont get it confirmed in 90 days anyway.

      The Jan 2025 is 90 days to when it gets confirmed which GYB said above. They probably give the date til confirmation as a generic response but would likely get tracked before that. If they are waiting on BWS, they cant just say it will be fixed within a week or 2 incase BWS take longer to sort their side out.

        Yeah honestly people are kind of over overreacting. It's obviously an error but shopback are working on fixing it. Since it seems to have affected a lot of users im pretty confident they will find a solution as they have in similar situations before.

    So drop BWS this is ridiculous cc cashback and screenshot stating cashback tracked is evidence . Perhaps consumer affairs or the Financial Ombudsman may be helpful

    As posted by another user, the incorrect cashback amount seems to have been fixed. I checked and confirmed also fixed for me.
    Posting here in case others aren't subscribed and miss the post back on page 2.

    • You knew that BEFORE you completed the purchase and has been explained to you earlier in the thread that it is 90 days confirmation as per the conditions of the cashback.
      Are you going to post this on every TCB deal because they are 90 days confirmation for every store?

  • They fixed the cashback amount last week but now its saying "Rejected"

  • Cashback now shows correctly as 27% ($21 on $78) after review of missing tracking.
    Also received 1600 EDR pts ($8) for $40 min spend.
    Now to wait to see if I receive it!!

  • Mine just got approved too. Nice speedy work.
    Can't remember if that CB had the extra SB+ % though.
