91 points Wine Pilot 2024: "The colour here is a deep blood red. Much bolder in flavours and aromas than many, with a core of red fruit sweetness. There does seem to be some residue of charry oak here, though it is certainly not intrusive. There are some earthy notes with licorice, coffee grinds and hints of ouzo, with the red fruits giving way to black. A firm style, nicely balanced with good length, this is a slightly chunky wine and it would handle a big steak barbecue perfectly. Still has a good six to ten years ahead of it."
Blend: 70% Shiraz and 30% Cabernet Sauvignon.
Winemaking: Crushed and destemmed. Static stainless steel fermenter. The grapes spent 9 days on skins. 100% Seasoned French Oak Hogsheads for 8 months.
