I always worry when a roaster doesn't list the farms their singles come from, nor tell you what's in their blends.

  Our single origins are sourced from cooperatives - multiple small scale producers (farmers) in the same locality working together under a collective set of guidelines. For example, our Nicaraguan single origin coffee is sourced from the San Juan del Rio Coco Cooperative and is comprised of coffee berries from multiple farms in the region of Madriz, a mountainous area of Las Segovias in northern Nicaragua.
  
  We are looking at introducing our range of 'Estate' coffee beans next year, coffee beans which are sourced from a single farm. There is still a lot of cupping to be done before this range will be available for purchase.
