What you need to know

Special terms
Important: Multiple SIM purchases need to be made as separate transactions. Adding more than one SIM to an order will result in an untracked purchase.

SIM must be activated within 30 days of ordering.

You must return and click through Cashrewards for each new transaction.

Cashback is ineligible on the following:

• Recharges, phones, bundles, accessories, eSIMs, plans or products not listed in the cashback table of rates
• Purchase of gift cards or use of gift cards for full or partial payment.
• Purchases using coupon codes not listed on Cashrewards.
• Purchases via the merchant's mobile app.
• Purchase that are cancelled, returned, exchanged or refunded.
• GST, other taxes and delivery fees.
• Fraudulent transactions.
• Purchases using any type of discount which lowers price advertised on the Merchant site, including but not limited to employee discounts, student discounts and price-matching.

  Facing a weird issue while placing an order. Getting the following message.

  Getting this message from last 3 weeks. This is my first time on boost and never order anything earlier as well. Tried different debit cards and addresses.

    I had the same issue like yours, not sure what's wrong with them. Boost shut this plan? Need buy a sim card asap

  Has anyone had any updates? I've reported this issue via Boost fb's messenger, however the agent said they had not received any reported issues and didn't want to escalate the issue to the support team as I was the only person with the issue. Will try customer support team tomorrow.
