    I got the email this morning. However, i can't see any promo or voucher in my account.

    I received this "offer" too , but when I click on "View My voucher now" and login to the portal there is "No vouchers available at this time."
    Seems like stuffed up voucher.

    I can confirm i received this and have a voucher in my app.
    It does not accrue tickets though but still will keep the kids entertained

    In T&C it says needs to be yellow or red member to redeem this offer. Is it a free membership? I've never went there before so could I just go get a membership directly and enjoy this 30 min play? And probably noob question is Timezone same as Kingpin or this could only be used at Kingpin venue..

    Mine took about an hour to show in the app and I used it yesterday. Valid on yellow and red games, can't accrue tickets, but was still 30 mins of free fun.

      Yep, I can see it in the Deals tab in Kingpin (not in the voucher tab of either Kingpin or Timezone App)
