    It does have those lists of exclusions including cash backs, but I'm not sure they would be relevant as citi wouldn't necessarily know about them (Think this is a boilerplate copied T&Cs). You would still need to so on Cathay Australian website and in AUD i'd say.

      Think these are just odd cases that can happen on any airline.

      My rule with recline is not during meal service, or at start or end of flight.

      If the flight is travelling in only a few time zones and is a day flight then you should be proactively conscious of others and only recline slightly if someone is behind at most. When the cabin is deliberately dimmed and its an assumed rest time on a long haul night flight, then I think the passengers have to get with the program and accept the full recline.

        That tells me you have to spend 1.5k in a single transaction. What if I do it 3 times. Highly doubt it would be 200x 3 but would be nice lol

          Then you're doing 3 transactions - not one. You'll get only 1 cash back. I thought the T&C is pretty clear there.

      Just save screenshots of deal. If you have any issues then just complain to them first then if no action send to banking ombudsman.

      I personally haven't had any issues with citi cash backs.

        I did, and contacted + followed up many times. It was only a $100 gift card so I gave up.

          As i said if you are missing out on amount, contact the ombudsman. I had a similar promo where i didn’t get the full cashback, and was able to get it resolved with some extra to compensate.

    Is this deal still in peoples cashback offers? I saw it last week or the week before but now it seems to not be there anymore. Gave the concierge a call and they couldn’t locate the deal for me.
