  Altas provides continuous recording mode which will give you a pre-recording for 10 seconds - so I would say it has the edge here
  
  Time will tell if the Altas can maintain its charge with solar in this mode. It definitely can’t handle running 24/7 like a PoE however

  I have an issue with it as it cannot follow the car pass our drive way. Sensitive detection at maximum and spinning speed at 7.
