  • Even if for 3 days I think they can afford to give.

    • Given Aurora is government owned they'll just cry poor after 20% of the power grid was damaged weeks back and tens of thousands lost power up for to two weeks. Still 3 hours is better than 0 hours.

    • I also think

  • Can’t wait for my 30 cents!

I'll be running the old crypto miners and giving the BYD a good charge after a long drive ;)

Time to build a pumped-storage hydroelectricity power station to get the most out of it!

  • i get 3 hours free (11am-2pm)everyday with ovo.

      • Why did you delete your previous comment, wasn’t it the same?

        • The more people try to say I'm wrong and censoring me the more I'll comment.

How is Ovo supposed to benefit anyone in Tas?

          • @Clear: I don’t get it, no one commented. Did you get negs or something?

@mapax: Many. Saying how another energy provider from another state that's not available in the state of this deal has no relevancy. There's really no need to boast.

  • All timeslots in off peak time when power is cheap and the sun is out, this is just a distraction to make it seem like aurora are doing something to help with the cost of living at the small cost of 20-30c per customer who actively engages and also has their app installed, not even easily accessible to older and non tech savvy people who need it most.

It's basically the same as a 30c coupon for installing the AliExpress app and winning a "prize"

Sorry, not worth the effort to opt in or post this comment

    • Works fine for me without the app ;) But yes a normal user without high power requirements will see little value.
