The delivered BlueTooth headset was promoted as a MP3 player (not a MP3 player), and Bluetooth compatable as a music connection - of course it wasn't, it was only a phone headset without a microphone.
Only that it was a headset (but too small to fit my head!) & it does have limited (mono phone call) bluetooth function was factual.
Rep/Tmart was banned by OzBargain. Must have been let back after a few people reported getting refunds. Took a week of hassle for me to get a refund.
(So if you didn't get your refund - email Tmart!)
