  • Read that as 5 pro enlargements rather than enhancements lol

  • Dont the machines in Big W/ Kmart/ Harvey Norman/OW etc do this for free as well as your 8c/10c/12c prints?

In theory a professional will do a better job. In practice it depends on the professional.

      • Open in Lightroom, press Auto button and you're about half way there. Of course doing spot improvements are harder, and looking it over with a human eye will almost always give better results.

    • Hey Cardz, There is software out there that does enhancement but it's not the same as having a professional enhance the image. I personally won't recommend having software enhance your images as they use set protocol to correct images where no images are the same, odds are your images will turn out worse.

Also your child could have spaghetti stains on the sides of their mouth, that software won't allow it to be touched up.

  • ozbargin hehe

  • You can do all those things yourself quite easily at picmonkey - for free.

    • Thanks for the comment, that's a very impressive tool, definitely one of the best online tools I've seen. There's a lot of good editing tools, paint.net is also a decent free downloadable ones.

I use Photoshop as a editing tool which is more advanced / complex and much more powerful in its output. Picmonkey like a lot of other slider editing tools is lacking in it's capabilities, one such example is the ability to remove noise from an image which is a common task.

In saying the above a good edit is much more than moving a couple sliders, my service is more geared towards a photo edit from an experienced Graphic Designer who knows what to look out for and how to correct the issue in the best possible manner whilst keeping the image natural looking.
