  nb for that longevity claim - that's a very old milwaukee design it's comparing to, which I can't even find for sale anymore. It's not impact rated, and only rated to 400RPM.

  This Milwaukee Offset Drive Adapter uses the power and speed of your 2.4V Cordless Screwdriver to fasten or remove screws in light applications.

  The better comparison would be with this model from milwaukee (without side handle) for $35 at totaltools. I personally bought one from amazon with 10 bits for ~au$30.

  There's also various all-metal designs with side handle from Toledo, P&N or Milwaukee itself, price $65-135 RRP
