Eligible recipients will receive the applicable Mastercard Digital Gift Card(s) via email up to 90-120 days after connecting to the relevant plan/s.
Econnex Comparison is not liable if any Customer details supplied are incorrect.
Econnex Comparison is providing this offer in conjunction with the Electricity and Gas Plan retail services offered on their platform.
Customer must be an Australian resident aged 18 or over. Econnex Comparison may request Customers to provide a copy of your valid ID for identification purposes.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity to receive the Mastercard Digital Gift Card(s) and Customer’s information (including the Customer’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the claim process, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardize fair and proper conduct of the promotion.
Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
When the request for a switch or connection cannot be completed, is unsuccessful, or a request is made for the cancellation of your Electricity Plan and/or Gas Plan within the first 30 days from the date of activation, Customers will not be eligible to receive Mastercard Digital Gift Card. There may be additional fees charged to the Customer by the chosen retailer in these events.
If you transfer your service, you may have to pay a cancellation fee to your existing service provider, and there may be other consequences if you end your existing contract early.
The Promoter is not liable for any loss, cost, expense, damage, or liability suffered or incurred by eligible recipients in connection with this Promotion or the Card (except to the extent of the fraud, negligence, or willful misconduct of the Promoter).

The Mastercard Digital Gift Card requires activation/claim within 30 days from the date of issue.
Once the Mastercard Digital Gift Card is issued, the Mastercard Digital Gift Card can be accessed by using a code used for verifying the recipient’s Karta App.
The Mastercard Digital Gift card will expire 90 days after activation.
If the Mastercard Digital Gift Card is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it for a Mastercard Digital Gift Card with equivalent value, subject to directions from a regulatory authority.
If the offer is not able to be conducted as reasonably anticipated, due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to: technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the extent permitted by law: a. to disqualify any individual; or b. to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
Check your Spam/junk email if the customer has not received a Mastercard Digital Gift Card in your inbox within 90-120 days after activation of your Energy, Electricity, or Gas Plan. Mastercard Digital Gift Cards are sent via email from [email protected].

Econnex Comparison will transfer your Electricity and/or Gas Plan request and details to the retailer.
Econnex Comparison or the retailer may contact customers to clarify any details or discrepancies in the information you provided for your Electricity and/or Gas Plan application.
Econnex Comparison, Mozo and Karta will not honour the Mastercard Digital Gift Cards, if it is not redeemed within the timeline.
Mastercard Digital Gift Cards is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
Econnex Comparision, Mozo and Karta will not replace, expired, lost, stolen, or deleted Mastercard Digital Gift Cards.
