But want to see the original email before giving any further information about this promo.
So should definitely be marked as targeted and people should be aware.

The krisflyer membership services wanted to see the email I received to check the T&Cs. They clarified now that
Singapore Airlines Krisflyer membership services is not aware of this promotion.
So if it is generic, it's definitely not an immediate credit to your account and Singapore krisflyer team can't help you.

In my case they are not giving the bonus points, although the code was added.
Deal unobtainable for me, support can't help.

So without having the original email, you can't get this promo.

I don't think the targeting is the problem. I got the email, used the promo code, logged in via the URL given and still have 0 points.
yeah, I imagine it'll be like Qantas Loyalty when you earned points with Jetstar - it used to take up to a few weeks to appear.
Stupid me signed in without inputting the code.
