    I found a loophole that worked for me. I was getting the message "The promotional code you entered cannot be applied to your purchase." for an item at $79 until I did the following:

    1) Add to cart: Add your $79+ ‘ineligible’ item to your cart.
    2) Add to cart: Add an eligible item, such as the Logitech M720 Mouse. I assume any eligible item should work.
    3) Proceed to checkout and apply the ‘FREE20’ code at checkout in the payment method.
    4) Return to your cart and delete the eligible item (i.e. the Logitech M720 Mouse) that was added in step 2.
    5) Proceed to checkout and you should see “Use your $20.00 Promotional Credit” still shown in the payment method. Make sure it is selected.
