  • This 5m one for ~$27 (coupon box ticked) seems pretty good via Amazon AU

    https://www.amazon.com.au/Govee-Bedroom-Bluetooth-Multiple-C…

    • Yeah, that's pretty good value. It's just the older version of this lighstrip.
The new one is RGBIC+W and is matter compatible =)

    • Apologies forgot to add that the Amazon model that you linked above is also Bluetooth only and is only able to used through the Govee app. Not through Amazon Alexa, Google Home or Apple HomeKit

  • Hi Store Rep,

Can you briefly explain the difference between the limited edition, 3s and dreamview tv lights?

    • Yup, sure thing.

The limited edition is the equivalent of the T1.
The 3S has a RGBIC+W lightstrip with an upgraded camera, and is matter compatible.

Let me know if you have any further questions.

      • Thank you- just to check, the T1 camera looks different (more spherical) and the photo shows it captures 7 points around the TV.

The limited edition camera is more flat and shows it scans the 4 corners.

Are they actually the same as you say or are there actual differences?

        Thanks!

        • No worries. Yup, they are the same. The only difference is the physical design of the camera but this doesn't affect it's capability in any way.

          Hope that helps to clarify!

  • Any chance you know when the AI Scan Led TV Strip kits are coming to Aus?

    • +1

Just to clarify do you mean the HDMI Sync Box? Do you have a model you're interested in?

  • Hi store rep, any idea if the outdoor permanent lights will ever be coming to Australia? Seems the only way to get them is to import the US model

  • When is the T2 Backlight for 75inch TV's coming out?

    • We'd actually recommend going to the 3S.
It is RGBIC+W, which better represents the on screen colour and it supports Matter =)

  • @CleverGear is there any update on Govee backlight for 98" size TV?

    • +1

Unfortunately not at this stage, but i'll definitely pass it onto the team. Thanks for asking!
