Agreed @Merlict, but still a great machine with x360 capability for a home user or student.

What are you talking about? Genuinely curious here. What is the IOF?

Never mind i googled the name. Can you name even one of the Israeli babies or any of the children killed or taken hostage on Oct 7 by the very government of Gaza, the Hamas terrorist organisation?

If HP is supporting Israel to destroy these terrorists, I will buy for all my family and friends. I'll even buy their dreaded printers just so I can replace the colour ink simply to print in black and white. Anything to help defeat Hamas and free Gaza of their terrorist leadership

Good laptop for kids, many are doing it tough and these ones do better than the typical ones in Officeworks.

Then you got these OzB knowitall flaunters on big salaries complaining about 8GB RAM when the child just needs it to do homework and watch school videos. While these same flaunters also asking about what BMW or Mercedes to buy and where to invest their millions lol

People struggle to put food on the table and the economy is faltering, while all people care about are Palestinian welfare, foreign wars, and rabid consumerism.

What a country we live in.

      • I can not Believe so many people negged you for this unbiased humane comment.

Now we know why there are so many terrible wars in the world, lot's of people secretly support that.

        • The opening sentence is a total misrepresentation of fact, hence the negs presumably.

I mean, that's a bit harsh. It's not necessarily an invalid complaint. 8GB of RAM for a Windows machine is really not that much these days. And if you're happy to wait a bit, you can get deals for laptops with better specs at this price point.

If you're on a budget, you can also get laptops with similar specs for even less.

And for those with a little bit more extra cash to spend, you can get a very fair laptop for a couple hundred more dollars.

That's not even really true. If you don't mind going with Acer, you could go for something like this.

    • I run in my lenovo 13 yoga gen 1i5-10210U.

It has 8gb ram soldered n runs like shit

  • Hi. I am after a laptop for my son. Budget around $750 similar to this laptop. I don't mind with 8gb. But tossing up between HP and Lenovo brand (Flex 5 with similar specs)? Which brand should I go for? thanks

    • I think in these price points they would be much of a muchness. Unless it's a real lemon model (check reviews),

just go with the one that suits your kids needs most.

  • I have had the pavillion plus for 2+ years. Rock solid and a much nicer display.

  • Still a few units available, promotion due to end in July!

  • Use “ HUBLoyalty10” before midnight on Sunday for another 10% off the already discounted price - had doubts about this deal? Maybe now is your time to reconsider. Not many units left, check it out this weekend!
