  • If I had a GPU to push it I'd buy it. There lots to be said for 1080p gaming.

    • I currently have a RX580 and play Neverwinter in 1440 on a AOC 31.5" (that has pooooed itself) - I dont have a problem
      Cant wait to get this

This has the exact same pixel density as 24" 1080p, image will not be any shaper.

The bigger panel will be nice though.

this compared to a mac studio display? from apple.

Apples and Oranges. The apple is designed for high quality images, high resolution, great colour reproduction, all in one display that you plug your macbook pro into. The kind of thing every digital artist wants.

The orange delivers lots and lots of frames at minimal delay for gaming and that's it. For a 32", the resolution is really low, I wouldn't even use it for work.

    • Well to start with that costs five times as much.

    • It doesn't support free sync premium pro?

Note the Samsung has a VA panel.

    • The entire G5 line is basically e-waste. Even the 240hz G5 is terrible.

The panel is super smeary in motion, even when scrolling documents and web etc the text blurs if you scroll down.

If you want a VA panel shoot for the Gigabyte 27" or any of the more updated VA panels, those are actually good.

  • I did months of research and pulled the trigger on
LG 32GP750-B model instead. Plenty of forums will tell you this is a better option.
Also only paid 1k for 3x monitors. Bargain

  • I'm confused, what does this offer over any 27inch QHD IPS high refresh rate monitor like the Omen 27Q? At this price it's approaching great 4k 144hz monitors like the Omen 27K. Sure it's 32inches but the pixel density for me at least, in QHD would be very noticeable

32" 1440p is the same PPI as a 24" 1080p monitor, so pretty blurry. Would elect for the 27" 1440p options, and only 4k at 32".

      Horsecrap..

32" QHD is not blurry at all..
I ran triple 32" 1080p on my racing Sim and while I wouldn't have used them for productivity work not once did I even notice the lack of resolution.

If you think 32" 1080p isn't blurry I don't know what to say. There's two possibilities - either your monitor is TV distance away, or you need to see an optometrist.

27" 1080p is already super commonly complained about as being too blurry, and that's far shaper than 32" 1080p.

32" 1080p is absurdly blurry at regular desk distances (1-1.5 arms length) even webpages are jarring to look at, sharp fonts noticeably have over-smoothed edges.

Literally nobody considers 24" 1080p to be sharp nowadays, usable at best.

        92PPI density (24" 1080p / 32" 1440p) would be considered decent in 2014 on a budget panel.

It is completely unacceptable at $400+ in 2024.

        Standards have changed.

Been using one of these for a year or so (other monitor is a dell 32inch 4k IPS)

Use it everyday and have had no complaints for both productivity, web use or gaming
