yeah that's my favorite.
I haven't tried their cookies but I am guessing completely different texture. protein bar texture is like dense sticky and chewy. (which I like)

yes that's how they are. they are dense the first bite requires more effort than you expect and then you have to chew it more than a usual bar.
some people like it but some people don't. I like it a lot and prefer it.
Chewing hard stuff is good for you.. Unless if you are 80+ and unable to.
Microwave for a few seconds to soften them up if you find them too hard. But remove from the foil first!
Do these taste good ? I have tried these: https://www.amazon.com.au/Quest-Nutrition-Chocolate-Frosted-…? and they taste good with slight aftertaste of the sweetners. Did not like Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough bars either. They are really bad.
I get these cookies as a mixed pack from Costco occasionally. Way less sweet than those frosted ones - I much prefer the cookies.

The Peanut Butter flavour ones are by far the best, but they never have them on special any more!
I tried one from woolies, no bad aftertaste but they did taste bland tho. No where as bad as chocohip cookie dough.

220 calories for 15g protein. Recommend Quest protein bars over these, brownie flavour has the lowest calories (165) for 21g protein.
The cookies probably taste better esp with milk or coffee.
