      It is: German layout is Qwertz Vs Qwerty in Eng layouts.
      Though the pics show normal layout, not German

    Forget the German bit, this keyboard sux under many lighting conditions where the shiny print is lost in the reflectivity of the key background - often totally unreadable without an overhead light. Never again.

    You could remap the keys (AHK works) and stick some stickers over them if the keyboard is the only barrier
