    Man this is such a good deal. Take it for what it is and ignore the admin fee.
    You can get 24/7 access to a lot of very reasonable gyms where some also offer free group classes and Reformer Pilates for around 55c a day!!

        It just feels unnecessarily dirty for some of us. If they simply included the admin fee it is still an incredibly cheap gym membership. Also for renewing members we really question what admin takes place and how that could ever cost $88 (especially as renewals are online now).

      Sadly nothing like this. Gym charge $100/month minimum nowadays and go up to $200/month at some. Why can’t this gym come to NSW, we need the competition

        Derrimut existing in SA/Vic isn't reducing the prices in other gyms. Everyone knows that Derrimut is crowded, full of (profanity) and smells, so other gyms are basically profiting off 'not being Derrimut' while still charging normal $15-20+fees per week.

      They used to have $99 a year deals with no admin fees.
      Multiple sales every year, so this isnt a new thing.

      Surely they are in some sort of trouble. The Thomastown location currently has no male toilets due to renovations since February with no progress in sight. Every guy in the gym has been forced to use a single disabled toilet it's absolutely disgusting. I see the same for other locations with half-done renos with no progress for months, but at least the toilets in those gyms are usable even if they stink.

    As a current member this deal hurts. The gyms are packed to the brim already… though good if you're looking for a warehouse sauna powered by 100s of sweating bodies.

    Man I wish there is a better gym with a matching price in VIC.
    I found the least crowed Derrimut gym. Life was good for a year but it's now fricken packed 24/7
