The one from Repco doesn't contain PEA which is about the only reason you'd buy this.
Most injector cleaners just clean injectors (if that), but if they have PEA (polyetheramine) in them it will break down deposits in fuel pumps, fuel lines, injectors, PEA is one of the only solvents or detergents that survives the combustion process and helps cleans the pistons and exhaust valves of carbon deposits as well.
I usually use Redline Si-1 or Nulon Pro fuel system cleaners with PEA.

Yeah get your injectors ultrasonically cleaned.
Polyetheramine (PEA) is about the only proven ingredient in injector/fuel system cleaners to work, although 98% of them don't contain any.
Also don't expect it to make your car run better, it's preventive maintenance.
Saw it had PEA so figured I'd give it a go. Can confirm that there has been absolutely no change to how the car runs, mileage or any other measurable or otherwise change.
When is the best time to use it?
Before an oil change or wait till after?It goes in fuel not oil.
Before, if any gets past the rings it will break down the oil so run a tank through it before an oil change.
