          Try again. Say that you signed up for the unpacked event and never got the code. Mention you're about to pull the trigger on the fold 6 but want to maximize your savings.

          First try this morning and the chat helper just gave me the UNFOLDAI code, Second time they were super helpful and generated the unpacked code for me. Then for some reason when I went to checkout the code became invalid. I jumped back on chat and got another one.

    If you add a Watch 7 40mm as part of your $400 Accessory credit when buying the Fold 6 I think it also applies the $150 credit for Preordering the Watch 7 as well. Basically making the Watch free. Is this known?

    I was playing around with adding different accessories to the cart that basically came out to be $400 and couldn't work out why my cart was about the same price as adding the Watch7 40mm even though its $150 more.

      Yes. $150 additional credit and $400 UNFOLDAI credit is available on normal retail store not on Edu store

    Thanks OP. Trade in tab s4 for $5. Got the buds 3. Total was $1475. Plan to pay the $60 non return trade in fee. So $60 + $5 trade in value will end up paying $1540. Used Aussie passport for the asurion ID check

        Was wondering, if I order 2 phones together, it's 2 separate trade ins. Was thinking could just send 1 phone in where the value is decent ($570) and the other use a $5 tablet and cop the $65 fee. However was thinking asurion may try hold on to the whole amount (570 + 5) as it was all in the 1 order….

    If you have been sent the "Get up to 20% off the Galaxy Watch, Buds and more" email earlier this year, I received mine on 21st March 2024. You can add it onto the retail Samsung store with a watch and it will end up being cheaper than the corporate store by about $100.

    So ended up being:
    UNFOLDAI
    The sign up $200 discount
    The 20% wearables discount

    Just paid $908 for 256gb Flip 6 and a galaxy watch ultra with a fold5 trade in. The flip 6 was only $119!

      Im guessing the 5% is taken off the prices in cart with the app and not in the final payment screen…If so, for me using the 20% wearables discount etc Im getting 2585.14. In student store getting $2487. 1 Fold 512 1 Flip 512, 1 Watch 7 40mm, 1 buds 3 pro. That wearables code doesn't seem to work on the buds pro 3

    Just successfully canceled smart tags from the order - but you must leave one in there.

    Just add a single one (white), then a 4 pack and another single black one to reach the $200 minimum. Once you receive the order confirmation, click cancel, and you can remove all smart tags bar one($46.75).

    With above discounts (using Westpac site rather than edu) and $60 Apple watch trade-in, total price for Z Fold6 with a SmartTag2 is $1,335.95.

        I think all of the corporate stores work the same way so it should work. I'd rather get the buds pro and then sell them off for $200 or thereabouts

      If you do not return your device within 14 days, you will be automatically charged a Late Return Fee of up to $60, which is non-refundable. The Security Charge will be held until your device is received and graded. I think that's to the extend they can do anything about it.

    How long does it take for the trade ID to be confirmed? I just made a trade ID on the app 15 minutes ago but the trade ID doesn't work yet-
    "We couldn't process your request because the Trade ID you entered is invalid. Please check the Trade ID and try again."

      Are you using the Trade Up app? They've changed the system; the app is only for in-store trade-ins now. You now do the trade in at checkout.

    I give up, Samsung and Assurine go get a room for all I care. If their support is this lacking just trying to get a phone, then it’s going to be a shocker should you need support in the future. I thought things changed since the last debacle, being subscribe and receive $50 voucher, which never comes and the time expires to buy the next thing after jumping through all the hoops. Then trading issues, Support says contact Assurine, but they’re just a deer blinded by headlights, totally empty, no one’s home. Guess I’ve saved a bit of coin then.
