Same in WA, line so long at VP but most of the Asian people I asked say it's very average
It's alright.. depends if you like chili noodles or not. Also, not just normal chili, but the Szechuan style numbing ones. If you don't like that sort, then give it a miss.

It's very tasty. There are around 5 stores in Melbourne with virtually identical menus. Not sure if it's all the same chain. If you've ever been to Shanghai, there are cheap Lanzhou noodle vendors everywhere within walking distance of wherever you live and most are open 24/7. It's where you go for your midnight munchies. It isn't to everyone's taste I am sure but the Chinese certainly love it.
1919 is a chain that started in Sydney.
There are also other places that sell Lanzhou noodles.

Agreed with others here that the noodles aren't bad but nothing amazing either. Worth a try if you're already nearby but I wouldn't drive across town and line up for an hour plus for them.

I found Lebanese people to be very friendly.
Good deal but i find their noodles pretty meh compared to other places. For me wouldn't be worth the line up for a food court dine.
Line is pretty long. But ozbargainers can accidentally pop into the line at the start beside the service nsw entry. I did that accidentally. You can ask for ask many as you want. I got 4. Yes I am expecting some negs

Meals received at 12.05. We were happy. And now I feel better that jealousy proves the correct action was taken. But to be honest the security guard told me to get in the line at that point and the other line was for service nsw ;)
Very strange how they have sent a staff member with balloons to start telling people towards the end of the queue that by the time we wait as it's nearing 3pm, we may have queued for a full priced meal. <sarcasm>Fantastic PR strategy</sarcasm>
