These look like knock off Copic, which are $450/168 set on eBay.

  I dont know about these ones, but I have a set of Ohuhu's and they are very close to Copic in quality, many reviews on YouTube will attest to this, they work out about $1 per marker, when on a special (usually on Amazon), which happens pretty often iirc and I recommend them for anyone looking for quality and value.
  
  Can't comment on the Kogan ones, first I heard they even sell these. But maybe they are pretty decent despite very low price.

  The ones with Brush and Chisel tips are the most versatile by far and Ohuhu have a reputation for good customer service too.
