Miyoo A30 Retro Handheld + 64GB SD US$30.41 (~A$47) Delivered @ Victory Game Store via Aliexpress

100
SALECD5

Cheapest currently on AliExpress.

Amended with 64 B SD card to put over $29 to save about 30 cents using $3 off $29 code **SALECD5 .(Thanks to the smarter RichardL)** Sadly doesn't quite fit the $3 off $29 deal :(

I haven't bought of this store but looks like they've sold 500+ of these and average review score is 4.3 (but only 7 reviews).

While the reviews for this unit weren't too good initially, looks like CFW is making a big different to reviewers opinions.

Russ from RGC has just re considered
Joeys Retro Handhelds has just released this Spruce OS review

If you'll looking for a current small, pocketable 2.8" horizontal device then at the moment it's either this or the Anbernic RG28XX

I don't need one as 2.8" is too small a screen for these old eyes….I don't…. I really don't…. :P

You can pick the 64GB option to push it over US$29 to use the AliExpress Coupon code.

    • Haha Occams Razor. I was trying to work out the best way to get over the $29 but because of Ali's stoopid shipping etc just got confused as I added cheap items :P

  • i was going to suggest the SF2000 at this size but seems this has quite bit more power

    • Datafrog kicks ass, but it's a whole other price bracket, I bought a second one for my kiddo for Xmas last year, I paid like 12 bucks delivered with the wireless remote as well.

For around 10 bucks, the SF2000 is a banger. For around 5 the GB300 is more or less the same thing but vertical without a joystick.

This thing, for 50 odd bucks, you're paying for the size and the size alone. I had the original PocketGo (which was more or less the same size and specs, bar the triggers, stick, and WiFi), I have the Q36 which is smaller and better spec'd, and personally, unless you REALLY need a 2.8 inch vertical boi, I'd get an R36S for around the same price every time. Don't think too much of this one unfortunately.

      • Any links? A quick search on Ali shows the SF2000 at around $25 (with controllers about $5 when included)

        • i think hes referring to USD? i bought mine for $22 aud without additional controller

  • too smol.

  • This didn’t get the best reviews.

It gets a bit better with Custom OS (still far from perfect).

      • I wouldn’t buy any retro handheld that didn’t have a decent cfw.

I know reviews were not great but it’s kinda cute for sub $50 in the red gold CW, just to have in the display cabinet.

  • I miss the pocket sprite

tempted but too many handhelds end up being decoration on the bookshelf

  • Thanks, got me one, ive got all three now.

  • Very high risk seller - just open on may this year and way much cheaper than official shop
