I'm afraid the days when we had 100% cashback on pizza are gone. Now it's "only" 80% plus an additional criteria of minimum spend, which is not ideal if you mainly spend it on Tuesday deal like me.

  • Cashback is eligible on the use of all official Pizza Hut Promo codes.
  • Cashback is eligible on pickup and delivery orders, including pre-orders.
  • New Customer = New Pizza Hut Customers · Existing Customer = Existing Pizza Hut Customers.
  • Only valid orders from Pizza Hut will be eligible for Cashback. Pizza Hut will decline any transactions found to be fraudulent.

    Pizza Hut (and BWS) transactions on 5th June did not track for me. No response from Shopback for Missing Cashback claims. Sent PM to gotyourback, but received a generic Copy&Paste reply. Waste of money and time.

        When you are using a credit card that is eligible for bank bonus, if the standard cashback has tracked, but the bank bonus cashback has not tracked, that is clearly a system bug. Shopback has to pay the bonus cashback and sort it out with the merchant/bank.

      I've had to follow up a couple of PH bank bonuses, most likely due to the merchant vendor name not being Pizza Hut once the transaction has finally settled (although bizarrely it does say Pizza Hut while pending). One was resolved after a number of weeks, one remains pending but should come through eventually.

      Me too. I submitted a missing cashback claim, got no response but an entry appeared in my cashback list as calculating. In fact, this is usually what happens when I submit a missing cashback claim. I dunno what to do about it 🤷🏻‍♂️

                @gotyourback: Appreciate you being here but could you please double check what you've written there? Whilst other stores usually have the exclusion stating "Vouchers or Promo codes not featured on ShopBack", Pizza Hut has always been a different story.

                On your page it currently says:

                I believe code such as HUTXXXXX is official code. As @knobbs asked above, when did this change occur? (if it changed in the first place)

      Others have suggested to buy 2x 2 for Tues. If that doesn't work for you, you can order 2 pizzas on any other day at 30% off with HUT 5130 code and add a side (or two or three with the other code)

    One bonus cashback was not tracked for the last Pizza Hut deal. Placed two orders first bonus tracked at around $5, second missed. Harry from Shopback refused to credit it saying bonus can only be tracked once per user. Never seen this mentioned anywhere on their website or app. Super disappointed, Shopback is not reliable now since their customer service is hopeless. They will try super hard to avoid paying you.

      I checked few last Pizza Hut/Shopback deal (assuming you were referring to 100% total cashback) - it seems they all mentioned the bonus cashback is capped per user?

        $10 cap per user yes, but i didn't reach the cap for the first order which is $5. So I made a second order.

        The following is from Harry's(Shopback) email.

        'It says "per user". Only one Bonus Cashback will be tracked have the ability to cap the amount of Cashback. If it does not reach the capped amount, the balance will not be credited to the second or third order.

        Do note only one-time bonus will be credited. '

        I can't find that condition mentioned in any of those deals.
