I'm afraid the days when we had 100% cashback on pizza are gone. Now it's "only" 80% plus an additional criteria of minimum spend, which is not ideal if you mainly spend it on Tuesday deal like me.

  • Cashback is eligible on the use of all official Pizza Hut Promo codes.
  • Cashback is eligible on pickup and delivery orders, including pre-orders.
  • New Customer = New Pizza Hut Customers · Existing Customer = Existing Pizza Hut Customers.
  • Only valid orders from Pizza Hut will be eligible for Cashback. Pizza Hut will decline any transactions found to be fraudulent.

    @gotyourback I understand the next step would be raising a missing cashback claim, however is there anything you could do from your end to look into this closer given it's not just 1-2 cases of tracking failure here? Thanks

      yea been 2 days and no tracking for me

      • @gotyourback could be a bug or issue on shopback's side on the 26th.
        My Temu order also placed on the 26th still hasn't tracked either.
