I had a occasion I remain $38 credit in my card while I suppose to have $405 in credit.
I have never lost my card or anything but someone got my card replaced and played in my main location timezone.
I've escalated and spent 30 minutes to regain my credit and points and I also asked for some compensation points and received 1000 points (Credit they can't help),
They are going to check CCTV and investigate on this but seem that they won't find or they don't plan to contact me.
I've requested them making sure to check ID for my membership card if anyone request for a replacement. (this is protocol they have on their end, but they are pretty easy on requesting people replacing card without checking ID)
so guys, be careful and check regularly of your card credit.
We are slowing down going to Timezone after that and also find more expensive of each game than last year.
what information do they need to replace the card?
For me, I showed my Platinum member app with bar code then show my ID, and I've asked them and they suppose to show ID but often they being just nice and not asking. I do not know how someone could get it through.
looks like you can also reload double at timezone although their website doesn't mention the mega 2.4 x offer.

Keep in mind this can also be done via online portal and works for Timezone cards as well.
If you reload in venue, they have a prize wheel which you get to spin for every $100 spent which gives some additional bonuses out of 500-2000 tickets, 30 mins arcade pass, bowling, laser tag or a plush (may vary at other venues?)
