Dead on arrival?
I'd recommend the Addiesdive 40mm Quartz Dive Watch US$28.92 (~A$43.40) Delivered if you can manage the bigger size.
It has a screw down crown & higher WP rating (200M) plus a ceramic bezel & better lume. The bracelet has solid ends links.
This guys watches^
Not easy buying a "ladies" diver watch as most are simply too large. For most women even 38mm is too big. Looked for one for my wife before our recent overseas travel but no joy in finding one she could wear 24 hours a day land or sea.
The Seiko and Citizens are 37mm, so not much smaller.
Something like this 30mm Lorus might be ideal for travel where swimming and snorkeling are involved:

Thanks for that
I must chime in here. The posted watch is quite nice, it's a quartz, "flame fusion" crystal with 100m WR.
Cheaper are virtually identical Invicta 200m WR models from Creation for $92-$96 ($101-$106 inc GST) delivered. Same ~38mm case size too. Spec panel for the black INV8932 says sapphire but I reckon it's a mistake.INV8932 Black:

https://www.creationwatches.com/products/invicta-watches-307…FYI - These don't actually have a screw down crown which is what you'd normally expect when you see 200M.
Also the PC32A quartz movement is worth about $10 if buying individually on Aliexpress.
The deal watch (model 30480) uses the same PC32A quartz movement.
