For those who like the look of the earlier deal posted today but want some more connectivity and a rechargeable battery.
From a quick Youtube review I watched the app connectivity really helps in autosyncing your watch time to your phone (handy for travel) as well as settings things up exactly how you like it without messing about with the actual watch screen and buttons.
Solar power is a nice to have so you never have to worry about it dying on you.
All in all I thought it was worth another $63 for these extra features.

    You might also like the GBD200 https://www.amazon.com.au/G-SHOCK-GBD200-2D-black-Digital-Wa… they do it in black too. Will take some punishment while still doing basic phone notifications and step count. Which was as "smart" as I wanted one to be. Not solar though. But battery should last a few years. Can pick up screen protectors too.

      Solar is a must for me, I tried replacing the batteries in my gshock and I think I killed it lol. I told myself that I won't be getting another gshock because of that.

      I do like the Casioak style too. This has caught my eyes https://www.casio.com/intl/watches/gshock/product.GM-B2100GD… but can't justify getting another watch for now as I am waiting for a mini lunar pilot to be delivered hehehe.

        Have to reset them after replacing battery, just google model number.
