i am paying in USD.. still asking for tax! what to do here?

    • i paid in AUD. Did you add coupons SCA4 or 24SC04

    • +1

It will always tax you regardless because the address is Australian. AliExpress collecting GST.

Should ask the ATO under a FOI request and ask if they are in receipt of GST collected from Australian users of AliExpress.

I grabbed this. I was looking at the RG35XXSP but this is more versatile and a different form factor to my current retro handhelds, and the price is right!

I didn't even know it existed until this post, so thanks OP!

Sorry guys, received my device today but i'm liked a noob right now, downloaded the SD base package - 20240413 and installed got those icons loaded but where can I find the games/roms that I get download?

    • If you didn't get it with the SD card you just have to source your own. Google something like Tiny Best Set Go

  • lovely device indeed
does anyone know how to create combo key shortcut like r36s?
    e.g. select + R1 for save
I can only see simple key mapping e.g. R1 for saving

    i'm on the stock OS

      Start + L1/R1 for brightness.
      That's all I know.

You will need to setup the Hotkeys in Retroarch for each Core and save an Override file the way they have it setup by default. You may also need to delete the default ones that they've setup. Of course you can always use the menu button save/load as well.

  • Anyone know what firmware version they are on? Specifically the Linux version. Silly me, I think I updated the firmware and the one on the system was dated 3rd May 2024. Can someone please confirm the Version and Linux Kernel date.

      Version: 1.0.4
      Ul Version: 20240410
      Linux Version: 4.9.191 Fri May 3 14:18:30 UTC 2024

      • I checked mine and it was the same as this.

        • Thanks.

Same version number just a different date. I just flashed the new firmware absentmindedly and then realised I say a May date in the device info before.

Still same version, just a newer build date on the Linux version.

      • I see you have a handheld collection as well. I gotta stop buying them.
