  • Can someone share how to do this if I'm currently on boost? Do I need to buy another sim transfer my number then go back to boost?

    • Yes

      • Have they cracked down on using these as recharges? Or is that a precautionary yes

        • +2

In other similar posts, other users report difficulties with support. Best to assume you'll need to port out.

  • feels like its been cheaper before?

    • Hi @ Saints !! Indeed, it is accurate to acknowledge that while prices may have been lower previously, over the past few months, all major networks in Australia have marginally increased their prices. Consequently, this has led to a rise in the cost of purchasing SIM cards as well. Despite this, we maintain the belief that the current pricing remains quite reasonable for this particular SIM card at this point. Thank you for your understanding.

  • My boost recharge is coming up as I usually do 12months so checking to see if I port out to Telstra Prepaid for 28days and then port back, would I be able to get a discounted offer?

Also where can I get a discounted voucher for 28days or 6months?

Does the $230 also have the expiry date of Oct 2025?

    • +3

      Hi @ Nousernamehere,

The expiry on Boost Mobile $230 sims which is for $187.50 is July 2025.

      Thank you.

      • Thanks for that, including the other SIM for an extra $3 makes this a good deal.

Existing Boost plan ends in August so with this deal basically going to treat it as 13 months for $190 👍🏻 Ordered.

  • $230 Boost mobile Sim with $50 cashback from CashRewards makes it cheaper at $180.

This deal is good for those who do not want to wait for the cashback

You risk something going wrong and getting no cashback.

    • I would not back on the cashback. I have purchased one. The cashback has not yet tracked (nearly 15 days). I have sent a claim to them on Sunday, and today is Friday nothing heard yet. TA has left Cashrewards. I guess, things will changed.

  • Boost Mobile no longer offers Data Free streaming with Apple Music.
    https://boost.com.au/blogs/help-topics/data-free-music-strea…

  • @cellpoint. I am currently on Boost which Expires mid June Can I port out prior to my expiry to any other carrier for a day and port back to Boost using this deal please? TIA

  • Any deals available on plans with more than 260GB of data?

  • Is telstra to boost straightforward?

    • I did this very recently from Telstra pre paid. Incredibly easy to do and all done online.

  • Is it allowed to put this in a modem?

It's cheaper than NBN new development charge.

  • When can we expect these orders to ship?

    • Mine was received by AusPost 2 hours after ordering, didn’t get the email to say it had shipped till yesterday afternoon though.

      • Hmm. I placed an express post order Saturday morning and haven't received anything after the order confirmation. Good to know that some people are getting their orders.

  • Ordered the $230 SIM as didn't want to risk, or wait for the other cashback offer. I already have a new ALDI sim laying around to port out and back with the new Boost SIM, otherwise the option of also adding the other $3 SIM for porting out and back in makes it a great deal.

    Hello All,

Thank you for your recent orders. As we experienced a high volume of orders over the weekend and Monday June 3, 2024 being a public holiday in WA, most orders have been shipped on June 4. Rest assured that all orders placed up to this date will be shipped by the end of business on June 5. We will soon upload the tracking details for your convenience. We sincerely appreciate your continued support.

That's quite a terrible delay. Now my items are still in Processing

  • These guys are slow. Paid for express shipping to Melbourne and taking over a week to receive.

    • Hi @ BallR, As advised previously we had public holiday in WA on Monday June 3. All orders have been promptly shipped including express orders. However shipping from WA usually is not as quick as interstate and beyond our control. Hope that clarifies. Thank you.

  • Hello OP
