Also I'm sure they're overpriced, there's no need to post it.

      • +6

Nah you get a free dipping sauce and can choose the more expensive zucchini and sweet potato chips ;) That's profit!!!

  • Is this unlimited daily chips and dips for $10 total?

Oh! Quick! Tell me I'm not going to win the lottery tonight.

        • -1

The catch is you have to eat their horrible chips

          • +2

            @freoleo: Horrible?

            • -4

@poxy001: They put that disgusting green shit on them and don't give an option to take it off

Or you can eat the smushy alternative chips that they offer (Sweet potato or Zuchini) 😷

Never seen a company have such a large range of chips that aren't edible, kudos to them

              • +1

@freoleo: I think all their chips are good, and upon request you can have either the herbal salt or regular salt, or no salt, on any of their 3 types.

          • +6

@freoleo: They are not the greatest, esp. when not right out of the fryer.

But it seems they hit the spot for some people who like very thick cut or the fancy-schmancy rosemary unfortunately sprinkled on it.

            • @pizzaguy: you can tell them to supply your chips without the herbal salt

        • I think the catch is they get your email address and start sending offers once in a while.

          • +1

@Man10United: Don't you have a 2nd email for these things? My yahoo mail gets these "account required" things.

            • @Chris McMahon: Well yeah I do, unless I stop forwarding the 2nd one to my main email, still I receive the promotion emails…

Probably have to be separate transactions because the BOGOF can't be used with any other offer.

just take along a few slices of bread to put the chips between and you’re fed for another day

just take along a few slices of bread to put the chips between and you’re fat for another day

      • +8

If all you ate was a single small chips sandwich everyday for 6 weeks, you would definately lose weight.

        • +17

          And health.

    • +29

Pay $10 once, get 42 packs of chips with the condition of one a day.

    • +3

Picture one regular cup of chips as shown in the image. Then multiply that by 42. That is how many chips you would get for $10.

  • +11

42 chips for $10 is unreal. 24¢ per chips if you maximize your value

    • +28

Only problem is maximising your value=maximising your waist measurement.

  • +14

Chip options include Famous Grill’d Chips (Regular or Snack size), Sweet Potato Chips (Regular or Mini size)

or Zucchini Chips (Regular or Mini size).

Dip options include Herbed Mayo, Sweet Chilli Mayo, Tomato Relish or Chipotle Mayo.

    Items are subject to availability.

    • +15

Who the hell is getting the Mini size?

"I'm going to signup to 42 days of chips. But I'm on a diet so I'm only getting the mini."

      • +1

Just get the regular but drink a Coke No sugar

        • Sounds like a G-rig.

          • -1
            • @G-rig: I think it is meant to be a rigging joke in response to the comment you deleted about the fat guy that had to be lifted with a crane.

              • @mapax: That's ok then I guess 🙃

  • When I go to buy it, it seems to want me to place an order of chips at a particular restaurant along with it?
Is this the way it is done or is there a way to just buy the chip pass without ordering chips from a specific restaurant?

    • T&Cs say:

      Here’s how to get started:

Buy the $10 Chip Pass. You can even head into your local Grill’d to get started – just ask one of our friendly staff when you get there.

We’ll send over your Chip Pass! It'll land in your inbox and in your Relish account in just a few minutes.

Scan the coupon at your local Grill’d (or any Grill’d) to redeem. For online delivery and pick-up orders, you can redeem it at checkout.

      Get daily chips and dip.

      For six weeks.

Reading the page sounds like you pay the initial $10 for a chip and dip, then should receive a voucher in the app for you to redeem daily thereafter.

      • Yeah I read all that, but what I'm experiencing is it asks me to choose a store, then select fries and dip, then when I go to checkout it's as if I'm placing an order at a specific store for fries as well as receiving the chip pass (it's as if it's like a "combo meal")

I guess I could just do that and let the store make some chips I won't pick up, but just thought I'd see if anyone else is experiencing the same

    • +1

Just bypass picking the chips/dip and hit add to cart

      • Hmm, mine seemed to have those fields mandatory. I'll try selecting a different store and see if that fixes the issue. Thanks!

        • I'm on desktop fyi and it allows me to get to checkout that way

          • +1

@spackbace: Yep same, for some reason my local store it was mandatory and switching stores fixed issue, in case anyone has the same problem

      • +3

Worked for me. Don't choose anything but the store (any), move to payment.

    • They have the options available BUT if you click add to cart WITHOUT selecting anything, it'll do what you want and no wastage

    • +2

You should only buy the pass with your first order of chips, otherwise it is a waste since the 6-week countdown starts from pass purchase.

      • +1

Worried about these sorts of deals selling out early though

        • Fair, but i think they make healthy margins out of sides like chips

  • +4

Thanks OP, something for me to track in my premium MyFitnessPal app now.

  • +9

This is unreal value if you are likely to go there frequently (ie, you live or work near a Grill'd).

And a clever marketing idea too. No doubt they are going to sell more burgers.

    • +2

      Theme park.

Wondering if this work at their Bali restaurant as well ?

    • Does any Relish (their loyalty program) deal work in Bali?

  • +2

The Chip Pass is available for purchase between 28 May 2024 and 24 June 2024 (unless sold out earlier)

  • +14

The 6 week period will commence on the day of purchase and expire at the same time at which the Chip Pass was purchased on the 42nd day after purchasing. For example, if the Chip Pass was purchased at 10.03am on 22 May 2024, it will expire at 10:03am on 3 July 2024.

Best to purchase it later in the afternoon to maximise a lunch time snack on the 42nd day.

  • +13

Well my work is downstairs from a grilld… Let the games begin

    • Hmm, never seen a Grill'd above ground level before.

      • Not sure if it’s still there, but there used to be one on the second level at Southland shopping centre.

        • Still there, not far along from the cinemas.

  • +1

Are you locked in the chip & dip you choose at the start for the duration of 42 days?

    • +2

I would like to know this as well, looks like we have to nominate our choice when we first sign up?

      • +5

No need to nominate, just add to order and pay $10. I received my barcode that appears as a Relish offer a min after I placed the order. I presume you just scan the barcode and choose your options when placing an order every single time.

  • Did anyone get the email with the Chip Pass?

    • +2

No email, but an SMS confirming that my Chips Pass is live in my app. This was less than a minute after I placed an order via the app and paid $10.

    • No but chip pass is in my Grilled account under coupons.

Edit: Received email now, went to spam folder.
