      Have you received the email with the title 'Your TravelKon Order is now Complete', with two PDF attachments? That's the one with the QR code. For me it's the second to the last email I received since I placed my order (it's the first time I ordered from this seller and I got four emails, so yours might be different). Also, check your junk/spam folder just in case.

    Just a caution to anyone who purchased the DTAC Thailand 10 Days physical sim card as the expiry of the sim card in the post was changed lastnight from 30/11/2024 to the same date as the unlimited Data expiry date 31/07/2024. This card must no longer revert to 50GB data post 31/07/2024 and expires on 31/07/2024 instead of lasting untill 30/11/2024.

    Missleading as i purchased 2x sims but luckily TravelKon noticed and reached out this morning to advise so they can refund my orders..

      i've never had issues with either, though eSIMs would probably be easier to replace if any issue arose

      The least risks is probably eSIM as physical SIM can "break" or become "faulty" although it is a rare occasion.

      Only downside with eSIMs are that usually they cannot be "transferred" to another phone or if you accidentally deleted it, some may not be recoverable.

        Hey Anton, I bought a 30-day eSIM for an upcoming 2-week trip to Japan and would like to know if I can activate it a day before my travel since I don't have to worry about expiry date etc. I know I have to go to the settings and change the APN etc, but just wanna avoid connecting to an airport Wi-Fi when I land there to scan the QR code, and would rather do that part here with my own Wi-Fi at home. Is that practical? And if yes, do I have to wait until I land in Japan before I manually change the APN (and probably the network operator, if it doesn't change automatically)? Tia

      Hello! For Docomo IIJ eSIM if you "scan" the QR code it will activate immediately meaning the X days validity starts, so if you need the X days we do not recommend scanning the eSIM too early.

      Hawaii is not an international country, for Verizon purposes Hawaii is part of "USA"
