    Unfortunately that is what the operator advices, they do not elaborate why it is not compatible - we have issues with Pixel phones as well specifically with the 3HK China 15GB 180 days eSIM.

    If you do not see any "disclaimer" regarding any incompatibility then your Pixel will work

  Last time I bought a Europe travel sim before going on a trip to Europe, I got sent a UK sim card that I wasn't able to actually use because it locked me out of anything that was deemed to be an 18+ website (which is surprisingly a lot of websites, like reddit/filesharing apps/dating apps, I swear I wasn't trying to just look at porn) and I had to physically go to a store in the UK to show them my passport to prove I was over 18. Which was impossible to do since I was only going to be in Greece and Croatia on that trip. Can you recommend any sim cards that aren't UK based? I'm going to France/Netherlands/Spain/Portugal/Greece in July.

    We never heard of this problem before - the 3UK SIMs should worked fine.

    There are very rare occasions where 3UK will lock/suspend the SIM due to their "internal random checks" - in this cases we will just refund the order.

      I sure did! I was away the full month and used the sim in my phone as my GPS as I drove right across North America. Don't remember a time when I didn't have signal. Service switched between ROGERS and TELUS when in Canada and was always strong… except for one location which was on/next to a military base, haha.

  Just a warning for those who do not know. Do not purchase any eSIM Saver ones unless you plan and able to travel and activate within the 30 days from your purchased date

  The activation of 30 days is not when you first activated it (in the future) but rather the day you purchased the eSIM itself.

  So if you bought it today meaning within next 30 days you will have to fly and get there to activate.

  The listing to me was not clear on that one. I only understood you need to activate within 30 days but did not specify its from the date of purchase until I got the email

      Yes I read that but this should be updated to say "The 30 days expiry Activation Date starts on the day when you purchased eSIM". That disclaimer can be understood as activating first day when you arrive in the country and up to 30 days of usage.

      Something like "I understand that the eSIM must be activated from the date I purchase, used in the supported countries within 30 days from "the day of purchase" to avoid expiration"

      Anyhow "Do not purchase any eSIM Saver ones unless you plan and able to travel and activate within the 30 days from your purchased date at your destined country" This is much more clear IMO.

      Anyhow thanks for help I just wanted to remind others in case they do not understand or mistaken the way I did

      I also did so rushing it because I saw your reply with the other 2 eSIM savers as alternatives, which in fact are not direct alternative when the China eSIM is of 3HK

    We currently do not have stock of the Spain Europe SIMs, only 3UK or GiffGaff left - and yes they come with UK number.

    When you call someone it is going to be a UK number (note this plan only allows local EU calls) and if someone want to call you they will need to call your UK number.

        Our Three UK physical SIMs does not require activation dates - they are plug n play! so no need to worry about activation dates.

        Giffgaff and Spain SIMs require activation date - which if you do not know yet, just put a temporary date and inform us when you know the dates.

    I used Three physical Sim (UK Sim) last time for France, Italy, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg worked everywhere and valid for 30 days (was from a different seller in Australia though, but it's the same Sim)

    The issue with esim is often the deal doesn't align with travel plans (90 days to activate)
    The physical Sim said expiry end of calendar year.

    I understand that the eSIM must be activated and used within 90 days to avoid expiration, and that no refunds or reissues are possible. The eSIM will work for another 30 days from first use.

    So my 2 cents: if you really want esim you'll have to wait, or you can opt for physical Sim now.

    The correct answer is b)

    You need to "activate" the eSIM it within 180 days, once activated you will have another 180 days

  I bought from these guys for Europe last year and they were great with customer support while I was over there. Quick response to my query and speedy resolution to a minor hiccup that was probably my error. The service worked without issue. T mobile if I remember correctly.

  My family of 4 heading to USA in November for 3 weeks. Only cities that will be travelling to are LA, Las Vegas, San Fran and NYC. For those that have travelled to those cities recently, will any network work ok or would you recommend one over the other?
