This is the barebone edition so you have to buy your own keycaps and switches and assemble.
I haven't been following the custom keyboard scene for a long time so I'm not sure if there are any better options at this price point, but it seems like a solid deal considering everywhere else is selling it for $249.
In my humble, credential-less opinion, the Keychron V1 would be better value for money at this price-range. Another alternative would be the Nuphy Halo 75 or Air 75 depending on your keycap preference.
These keebs are touted as the gold standard in the budget range for a good reason; $129 or $209 respectively for a full-built keyboard with respectable switches and caps, as well as support for QMK/VIA, is pretty solid.
