Last months ad which expired only 9 days ago was $300 off & didn't do very well so not sure why it's being posted for less today.

Seems more like using OzB for free advertising than an actual bargain.

Just a note on this: Instructions are not provided for how to secure the tabletop to the frame. There's steps covering the assembly of the frame only. You will have to email the company for further guidance (if that bothers you). I have yet to proceed with the tabletop part (need to borrow a drill), but will let you all know how it goes.

  I don't know if anyone will read this, but I managed to put everything else together. I still wonder why they don't have instructions for the tabletop part, and I have passed this feedback on.
  
  Seems sturdy enough and I have tested the controls. Time is the true test though.
