Two Months Free Business nbn with Totalbiz Business Plans (ABN Required) @ Superloop

640

So, Superloop is giving away two months of free NBN through its Totalbiz business plans 100/40 and above.

I signed up a week or so ago, and I used my personal ABN, which had been canceled years ago, and it worked fine.
It did take 4 hours to get connected after my previous connection was canceled.
I have now received a bill for $0.

Also, Superloop needs 30 days written notice to cancel their service, so set a reminder 28 days into the first month to inform them you will be canceling.
If you do that, you should be able to score 2 free months of high speed nbn (1000/50)

Critical information summary

nbn speed tier Ongoing monthly cost
50/20 $85
100/40 $99
250/25 109
1000/50 $119

@all don't forget to call them and give them your 30 day cancellation notice now, cancellation can be requested prior to the end of current billing cycle i.e. in advance and cancellation doesn't necessarily have to be actioned on the 30th day but can be like 30 + 2 days in my case i.e. last day of my next billing cycle/reset date.

    Cheers

I am a little confused by your wording, do you cancel during the 1st month or during the second month?

      • You gotta give me then atleaast a 30 day notice so you don't rollover/get charged for the next billing cycle. I have my notice 28 days in (little early) but doesn't matter I will get the service until the end of next month i.e. trail period end

        • I called today and they said I can only give upto 30 days notice so I would be missing out on 3 days of service if i cancelled today. Probably just a bad rep making up his own rules, I should have pushed back more.

          • @denserham: naah they absolutely can't do tha, you can give a longer notice

like another person said - "The service is to be cancelled by the end of the second billing cycle."

  • Requested to cancel the service smoothly by giving 30 days' notice via phone call, although they asked the reason for cancellation

The service is to be cancelled by the end of the second billing cycle.

  • offer says end today July-2, just placed order for tomorrow activate, hope lucky.

  • Rang them up and asked them to transfer to one of their residential plans after the second month and I was told the 30 day cancellation wouldn't apply in that case. Let's see what happens.

Also cheers OP good find! 🍻

    • I transferred to a residential plan today, I'm going to call them tomorrow to make sure they don't invoice me for the bizplan

      • They should send you an email confirming the cancellation of the TotalBiz plan and the dates and all that.

        • the plan has been removed from my biz login

          • @Wiadro: Ok I've still got a few weeks left of the two month promo maybe that's why.
