  • I am stumped. I may have gotten 8 Sims during their last promotion and they are not processing my order. I tried everything different, even tried buying it in my wife's name at a different address, still doesn't work. The only common thing is the Shopback link but then I also tried buying it with Topcashback, still doesn't work. Can't make out the logic here. Any ideas?

    • Did you try using mobile data instead of wifi? Maybe a different IP might work?

      • I used VPN and I am using Boost data. Previously I used the Wifi with NBN.

    • At the latest it ends on may 20th but It may end before that

  • What do they class as a new customer? Can you port out then back in or do you need to be out of boost for a set period of time?

      If you port you number out to anyone including Telstra you're a new customer there is just a bit of a delay (usually less than a few hours) where their system hasn't updated yet and you won't be able to port back

  • Just to confirm this is not should be on mobile app right ?
    purchased two in two separate times with two mobile numbers no cashback to any yet

    • It has to be made online, orders through the mobile app won’t be tracked

  • I could successfully bought one last week but could not buy another one now. The 'something went wrong' error message came up again when I tried to put in an order. Not sure if Boost now only lets us enjoy the discount once only.

    • I found that if you keep trying it’ll eventually go through
