I am stumped. I may have gotten 8 Sims during their last promotion and they are not processing my order. I tried everything different, even tried buying it in my wife's name at a different address, still doesn't work. The only common thing is the Shopback link but then I also tried buying it with Topcashback, still doesn't work. Can't make out the logic here. Any ideas?
Did you try using mobile data instead of wifi? Maybe a different IP might work?

What do they class as a new customer? Can you port out then back in or do you need to be out of boost for a set period of time?
If you port you number out to anyone including Telstra you're a new customer there is just a bit of a delay (usually less than a few hours) where their system hasn't updated yet and you won't be able to port back
