            @douevenozbargain: With no usb c, buy a 20 dollar dock instead and tape it to the back if it bothers your workspace that much.

              @JerraJones: Ultimately people have different preferences when it comes to a monitor. The refresh rate is not a huge issue when it comes to home office use. Respect that others have preferences when it comes to home office and whilst it might not suit your use case, theres a buyer who finds this a pretty good deal for their situation. There is always trade off's involved in any purchasing decision.

              Personally im buying this for my office at a school, allows me to easily connect and charge via USB C @ 65w and is a good size for what i need.

      • My iphone SE screen is as big as your cock (estimated) 😀

  • Any idea if it supports "daisy chain", please?

    • Very doubtful, no mention of DP out in the I/O specs.

    Asus marketing department: "Great, what's it called?"
    Asus product development: "Oh… we haven't thought of a name. What do you suggest?"
    Asus marketing department: "Well, what are the main features?"
    Asus product development: "It has a Full HD IPS panel, 75Hz refresh rate, FreeSync and USB-C."
    Asus marketing department: "We'll call it the VA27DCP."

    FHD in 2024 sucks

  • Hey guys
    I have 2 questions please help me

    1 - why the hate for this monitor. I have a gaming laptop which i dont get time to game on but want a screen for occasional gaming. Would this work?

    2- i dont undertand the whole usbc thing. Does it mean i can just connect say a work chromebook and not need a charger for the chromebook?

      1.

      1080p is a bad resolution at 27" size

      1080p -> 24"
      1440p -> 27"
      4k -> 32"

  • Why is the JB price so much higher than Scorptec??
