Found this in store at Dural NSW. For $10 thought would give it go. Not sure about the quality as I have not used this brand before. Seem to have plenty in stock as of late Wednesday night(17th).

Can confirm they are available at more than the one store as picked one up at Waurn Ponds (Vic) on the weekend, although I havent tested for quality so dont know how good a deal it is over normal extension cables.
It looks like they are clearing them for the newer version available which has a better winding mechanism/case (at a minimum).

How will you go about doing that?
plug it in and not see sparks or fire.
Put load into it, check for heat and energy loss.
Doesn't seem heavy duty but should do for temporary light load requirements either way.

Strangely says 20M on the ticket.
Selecting Dural on the website says $32.50. Note, when looking at the image, the clearance tag says it's for 20m extension lead "as $20, now $10". Looks like the clearance is for a different product and not that 10m 4-outlet cable reel.
it's a shame that these items doesn't even exist in WA Bunnings….
