    Dupe

  • 42% discount is not bad if you were on a big discount plan that has since expired.

I moved away after one time I didn't check a bill and was 2 days late. They removed my discount and making it a late fee of like $81.70 Asked for this to be removed as a once of but was rejected. Paid my full bill minus this last part and they eventually went away (no debt collection under $100)

$5 or tenner for late bill due to operating costs but no, not $80. I can buy so many pliers from ozbargain for that

Just switched my gas plan (WA) as I was on an outdated one that had a 41% discount and the newer plan has 42% with the same variable rates.

Contacted AGL live chat to make sure my Velocity points would be added and got confirmation that it will.

    Thanks for posting!

    • Do you mean you switched to this plan but were an existing customer ? How many points did they confirm on chat with you? Page says 'Already with us? Switch to this offer and get 3,000 Velocity Points.¹'

Yeah switched to this plan as an existing customer. Correct, 3000 Velocity Points. Not much but was still free points.

        • Thanks just confirming as I'll probably do the same

  • Do the prices shown on this table already include the 40% discount?

  • Any better than 40% discount? Had my old plan auto-expired - which was 50+% discount…

    • On the same boat here…
