    Cardholder Name: Santos L. Halper

    • last name: Coholic
      first name: Al

    • I've never added a secondary card holder before to anything. So can you just add a fake name three times and get this $60? And no credit checks? It says add an "approved" additional card holder, what does approved mean in this instance?

And I love the obscure Simpsons reference here's a +1

      • To follow up nope to fake names. Their identity needs to be verified

Verify yourself using documents such as your driver's licence, or by checking your name, address, and date of birth against the information contained in your credit report (note, this is NOT a credit check). We will only do this if you choose to consent.
If you do not choose to consent, we will attempt to verify you electronically using alternative means.

Wow! I went the other way with this disingenuous mob of shysters.

Cancelled my account - AND the 4 additional cards.

Hope their business model ends up in the toilet…

    • +2

Yeh, I was going to cancel as well after they introduced the monthly fee but I'm turning a profit from the monthly rewards and other rewards they send my way so decided to keep it for now.

      • +4

I'd rather not get any rewards and have no fees… I used it for all international purchases… Now they lost my business…

    • +1

      Cancelled my account

      Same….

      • I moved to Bendigo bank.

        Slow process to apply.

Much easier product to use and maintain (either online or through the app). Osko payments to cover my balance are credited near instantly.

  • Still got my 12month thingy magigy so not complaining 😅

  • The $20 is handy for getting your rewards up to $50 threshold for cashing in Amazon vouchers.

  • Must be desperate to get the customer numbers up after all the stuff ups. Should've gave $20 to every client they lost personal info of to hackers. 7.9 million driver license numbers lost, can you believe it?!

These were customers and applicants in Australia and New Zealand who had one or more of the following compromised:
Approximately 7.9 million driver licence numbers and some but not necessarily all of: name, address, telephone and date of birth
Approximately 103,000 copies of driver licences or passports
    Approximately 53,000 passport numbers
Less than 100 monthly account statements
Income and expense information used to assess approximately 900,000 loan applications, including approximately 308,000 bank account numbers (but not passwords) for the disbursement of funds and approximately 143,000 credit card or credit card account numbers (but not card expiry or 3-digit CVC) for debt consolidation, the overwhelming majority of which are expired or closed.

    • Yes. Crapulous performance followed by a 'screw your customers' follow up. Fortunately, we moved jurisdictions (now in Vic) so all our provided documents were cancelled already.

I heart your neg! And I'll add my own. Not that the deal is 'bad', but the company is seriously short on for ethical behaviour and cheap bribes shouldn't be rewarded with more customers.

  • garbage company

  • Has anyone been able to load the additional card holder form?

    • +1

Yeah was glitchy but worked for me

      • thanks mate - it did eventually work for me too.

Avoid this company. Been with them for 7 years but have had 3 hacks in the past 4 months - their security measures are very weak, something's not right anymore with this mob.
