If it is not paid yet, you can raise an enquiry and I don't think shopback can reject it if you have valid proof of purchase.
Mine got paid out in exactly 90 days, similar amount. Had to chase up one overdue cashback (out of several years worth of transactions) which then got paid out.
Can shopback admin confirm stacks with WEEKEND10 ?
Yeah I don't see it listed on the Shopback site?
Can see it listed. Once you click "shop online" , click on information symbol -> deals, there the deal is visible. Yes need admin to confirm but I guess it stacks (has stacked for me before with a similar code)
Arhh, i'm blind, it says "Last chance to save $10* when you spend $75+" ususally they show the coupon code. thanks
@Vash1984: Yes ideally it should be displayed. Currently that's the only way to get $10 off $75 so guessing it should work.
However still need admin to confirm
Doesn't appear Apple is excluded, which it normally is isn't it?
Mydeal is just an over priced marketplace. You find cheaper stuff at Harvey Norman. Even with 18+15 % cashback, it’s rarely cheaper than other websites.
It's the most reliable way to stack with Big W Lego sales. You want to target the big chain stores.
Can you send me a PM with more info please!
There's nothing else to say
@justtoreply: And do the Big W sale prices on their website, ever match the Mydeal prices? Because I'm looking and the Mydeal prices are all over inflated??? On top of that Big W doesn't appear to have free shipping on Lego……………
@Repstar: They do match, maybe not perfectly.
There's often a $10 coupon compatible with cashback, usually every holiday like Easter and sometimes other days, which pays for the $9 shipping. Tho Lego is expensive so it's usually better even without the bonus code.
Google big W mydeal it'll take you to the big W page
Skipping after my last Mydeal/ Shopback transaction was not paid out. I raised an enquiry with customer service with no success (or detail on why it was declined other than retailer did not track the transaction), so not using Shopback in the future.
What's the reason given by shopback after showing the proof of purchase..
Reason given from was: "After reviewing your case, it appears that the Cashback rejection may have occurred due to a technical issue or a discrepancy in the tracking process. While we strive to provide seamless Cashback experiences for all our users, there are instances where external factors beyond our control may affect Cashback tracking…
The most common reasons for Cashback being rejected are the following:
When Cashback is rejected, ShopBack does not receive any commission from the merchant and therefore will not be able to pass on any Cashback."
That's bad.
Just message @gotyourback. He/she has always fixed issues for me.
I will give the contact a try (and will update here if the status changes) but I've spoken to the rep for a few weeks now.
Confirming gotyourback was not able to fix this issue…
No cashback :(
That sucks. You tried. Return the item
Same with me, people wouldn't believe until it happens to them, but I've given up on SB and mydeal .
CR rates may be low but it's tracked and paid for sure
I've got a current enquiry on an unpaid MyDeal transaction. Still awaiting response after over a week.
Still waiting for a response now almost a month after the estimated confirmation date.
The St. George cashback is capped at $20 per transaction. Is Mydeal $40 cap per transaction as well??? Or $40 total?? @gotyourback T&C need to be more clear on ShopBack website TY!!
Did two transactions. Both tracked fine. For anyone reading this, the shopback+stgeroge cap limits for Mydeal are per transaction.
Hey Mate!
Sorry for the late reply
Upon checking on the MyDeal Cashback. It's capped at $40 per purchase and just keep in mind it doesn't apply to Alcohol (5% Cashback) or Electronics, Cameras & Optics (3.5% Cashback)
Shopback isn't very good when it comes to a bit higher amounts (>$20), similar deal last time which had 18% has my cashback tracked for $25 which was supposed to be apporved /paid by 15 March and is still pending.
